Omg i have just noticed, is this the same room as her 1st sonmiun, the one where you had to kill the tv animals? :o
I'm thinking about her past too, falco went clean after starting to date hifumi, so i doubt he killed or brought iris with him, but maybe he confessed to her for whatever reason & she blocked or changed that memory because she wanted to believe he was good?
I remember lots of bad memories from when i was little WAY differently (w them being good/neutral instead) than they actually were, so maybe this is similar to that, iris has lots of memories of Falco telling her stuff, so maybe one of them is made-up by her brain

It wasn't shown, but had date to remove iris' eye for the psync? 😨
Since it's a prototype and the whatever needs to pass through the eye socket to get to the brain for the psync, maybe it couldn't pass through the eye yet?
Also, wouldn't she die of blood loss? idk how much would you lose after having an eye removed nor how much blood loss would kill a person, but still....
